These items can be purchased from Scoutshop stores or on-line at Scout Shop or 2<sup>nd<\/sup> hand on Gumtree etc. \u00a0\u00a0Scarves and badges are provided at no cost on investiture.<\/p>\n<p>Long pants\/cargo shorts\/skirts etc:\u00a0 dark blue is preferred and all sections are expected to have a hat for outside activities, preferably wide brim. Covered in shoes must be worn at all times (including water activities etc.)<\/p>\n<p>UNIFORM \u2026.. TAKE CARE OF IT\u2026.\u00a0 keep it clean &amp; neat and WEAR IT WITH PRIDE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Cost<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Scout Association Joining Fee $30 (for new members only)<\/li>\n<li>Term Subs fees are $80 per term (This includes Yearly registration and Insurance including personal accident and public liability insurance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payments can only be made by Cash or Cheques to be made out to 1<sup>st<\/sup> Warners Bay \u00a0Scout Group.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Fundraising is needed to supplement the costs of the groups expenses and you are expected to participate in these events.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What to bring for meeting nights<\/h2>\n<p>For the comfort, fun and safety of our youth members please ensure the\u00a0following items come with your child each week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Joeys &amp; Cubs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wearing uniform, which includes scarf.<\/li>\n<li>Spare shirt for when activities could damage Scout Shirt<\/li>\n<li>Wide brimmed hat if doing outdoor activities<\/li>\n<li>Water bottle, but we do have a bubbler.<\/li>\n<li>Record Book (Yellow Book for Cub youth members)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Scouts &amp; Venturers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>As above, plus<\/li>\n<li>Record Book (Green or Maroon)<\/li>\n<li>A4 D Ring Folder to store resources that maybe handed out at\u00a0meeting nights by our leaders, PL\u2019s or Unit council.<\/li>\n<li>Notepad &amp; Pen\/Pencil<\/li>\n<li>Multi Tool is optional<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This gear should be kept and transported in a suitable backpack that can\u00a0also be used for day hikes.
