\u2022 Maintain a record of all equipment \u2013 an inventory
\u2022 Run a booking system for users of the equipment to book ahead, receive the equipment and record its return
\u2022 Store all equipment in an appropriate and central facility
\u2022 Properly care for and maintain equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
HALL AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
\u2022 Keep an eye on the state of repair of grounds and hall including electrical, plumbing, walls, roof, windows, doors locks, lawns, trees and so on.
\u2022 Attend to minor repairs and maintenance as observed or reported
\u2022 Draw the committee\u2019s attention to larger requirements
\u2022 Plan and manage working bees
\u2022 Maintain globes in outside floods and in main hall and rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR
\u2022 Identify ways of raising funds
\u2022 Take action to help secure funding e.g. talking to companies, grants etc
\u2022 Help organise fundraising events
\u2022 Help complete grant applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GRANT WRITER
\u2022 Assist committee with grant writing
\u2022 Identify grant opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GROUP COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLICITY OFFICER
\n\u2022 Maintain news of Group activities (including forthcoming activities) as well as essential Region functions or activities to all sections of the Group including the Group Support Committee and parents.
