While the primary purpose of the hall is for scouting use, there are some opportunities for appropriate daytime and weekend hires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property is owned by the Scout Association of Australia New South Wales Branch and conditions of use are prescribed by the Scout Association of Australia New South Wales policies and procedures as well as further conditions as determined by the 1st Byattunga Scout Group Committee who are responsible for the day to day management of the hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hall Hire Conditions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hire of the hall can be either for one-off use or regular use. Should a hirer wish to use the premises more than six (6) times a year, casual hire is not appropriate, in that case a licence agreement for regular use should be completed with Scouts NSW, via 1st<\/sup> Byattunga Scout Group. There is a one off $90 licence fee, payable to Scouts NSW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hire rates are periodically subject to change. The following charges are effective from May 2022:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weekdays<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum of 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6am to 5pm    $15.00 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weekends<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum of 5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday and Sunday 6am to midnight       $25.00 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n
